Bo Shan

Bo Shan is an established presence in the New York business coaching sphere who has led Capital Consulting since 2015. In this role, he provides services that build organizational capacities among Fortune 500 companies and public sector clients. Bo Shan’s firm builds on a career in public service that included a position with the U.S. State Department as a foreign service officer.

In the position, Mr. Shan collected and compiled data at the consulates and embassies where he worked, and created reports on various subjects in the political and public policy sphere. His responsibilities extended to serving the needs of U.S. citizens in the countries where he was based.

Mr. Shan also has an extensive background with the RAND organization as an analyst with an emphasis on objective, actionable research that addressed complex problems in areas such as security, economics, and defense. Bo Shan’s project management responsibilities included bringing together local experts, as well as an international research staff, in producing analysis that met the requirements of global decision makers.
